Cary has served as Senior Pastor of CR1 since January 2015. He has a deep passion for discipleship and loves equipping the church family to reach the community with the gospel.

Paige joined the church staff in 2017 as Church Secretary and also serves on the Praise Team. She enjoys using her gift of administration to serve the church, whether through the daily work in the office or coordinating fundraising efforts for church camp.

Married since 2002, Cary and Paige have served together in ministry their entire marriage. They are grateful to have four amazing children and to serve side-by-side as a team, encouraging and supporting one another in the work God has called them to.

Courtland has served as the Worship Leader of CR1 since April 2024 and also helps lead the youth praise team. Alongside ministry, he teaches 7th and 8th grade science and math at Shirley High School and is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity online through Oklahoma Baptist University. With a heart for helping and leading others, Courtland is passionate about pointing people toward Christ and furthering God’s Kingdom.

Bethany serves faithfully on the praise team and helps lead the youth praise team as well. She is a stay-at-home wife and mom while also pursuing her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Music and Christian Studies online at Oklahoma Baptist University. She feels called to both discipleship and motherhood and has a deep heart for serving others.

Courtland and Bethany have known each other since December 2021 and were married in September 2022. Having both grown up as pastors’ kids, they have served in ministry together from the beginning of their relationship. After moving from Shawnee, OK in 2023, they have continued to follow God’s call with gratitude and faith. They are the proud parents of two daughters.

Courtland and Bethany count it a privilege to serve the CR1 family and are thankful for the journey God is taking them on together.

Trevor grew up in Center Ridge and, after serving in the U.S. Navy, felt God leading him back home to the community he loves. He serves as a volunteer at CR1 as Technology Director, overseeing live stream production and managing the church’s social media. Trevor’s heart is to see the gospel shared both within the local church family and with those who join online.

One of Trevor’s greatest joys is serving with students through the WOW and TRIBE ministries. He is passionate about helping the next generation grow in their faith and discover their place in God’s plan. 

Looking ahead, Trevor desires to continue strengthening the ministry, training others, and expanding outreach so that more lives can be touched with the hope of Christ.

Aileen is employed full time as a dental assistant and faithfully supports Trevor and the ministry where she is able. Together, Trevor and Aileen are grateful for their family, which includes three children and two grandchildren. Their children love and support Trevor’s ministry and encourage the work God is doing through CR1.

Trevor and Aileen consider it a privilege to serve the CR1 family and are thankful to be part of what God is doing in this community.
